How X10 Networks is responding to COVID-19
Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees, our customers and partners. We have introduced many measures to adapt to a new normal life-style.
How We’re Supporting Our Employees
• Fully Remote Workforce
All X10 Networks employees work remotely by using our internal communications tools to keep our staff updated. We also interact with our customers virtually. This enables us to deliver 24/7 support to our customers and on their most urgent needs.
• Remote Training
All training sessions are now taking place remotely.
• Remote Recruitment Processes
We are continuing to hire an entirely virtual recruitment process. All candidate interviews take place via phone or online platforms.
• In-person Events
Until August 2020, we did not host any in-person events to keep our attendees, community, and employees’ well-being and safety. In August 2020, we organized an in-person event by fulfilling all Covid-19 safety requirements.
